UDEPOM ORGANIC Farmers collective is a grand example of strength through numbers.  Located in the southernmost state of Chiapas bordering on the Guatemalan border UDEPOM is comprimised by some 850 farms in an area of 5 seperate districts. A very pleasing mild profiled bean with light body, a bright zippy high end, nutty cake-like tones of vanilla and cinnamon create a superior morning cup.  Sweet woody aromatics, and a laid back simple charm of satiny smooth mouth feel finish with a long linger of fruit and flroral notes of earthy almost rustic pleasure.
