The overall mouth feel is bright and well balanced between ample acidity and complementing tannins. A crisp finish of cacao, nectarine and walnut frame the experience. Rwandan coffees rank with the best of Kenyan and Ugandan production. A Classic African complexity with lots of power will satisfy even the most discerning palette. Medium “City” roast brings out this beans best.
